Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original DUSK packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
